Keech Hospice Care
During my work experience at Keech Hospice Care on the marketing and communications team, I underwent a number of tasks including creating and uploading social media posts, writing press releases, and editing and uploading a promotional video, which is attached to the right.
Distraction!
One of the modules I worked on during my second year surrounded working in a television studio to create a live quiz show for daytime television. Whilst I worked on a number of elements to create this show, my main role was working on social media which included creating and maintaining Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat pages, as well as incorporating audience interactions and heightening engagement.
Common People
I worked with an up and coming Birmingham-based band called Common People by assisting them with their online profile. I devised a website, Instagram, and Twitter account for them to be able to communicate with their audience and get a better profile for their music. Alongside this, I also shot some footage of them practising, as well as taking some photos in order to create a more professional and cleaner look.
